Headquartered in New York, we proudly serve law firms by providing tailored recruiting solutions that meet specific needs. Our founder, a seasoned recruitment leader from New York and Vision Vanguard, partnered with our Co-founder and Director of Operations—a practicing attorney and Organizational Guru—to build a firm that’s committed to excellence, authenticity, and precision.
